Note: Leagues can pay a premium to the assignors if there are over 500 games scheduled a week.
All Leagues must present to the ENY office by August 1 of each year the name(s) of their Certified Referee Assignor(s) with all relevant personal information, such as address, telephone number(s) and e-mail address(s). The identified Certified Assignor(s) will be responsible for all League games, State Cup Games, Region 1 (and all sub leagues), Tournaments, and ENYPL.
All Assignors within ENYYSA must provide a DSC for all matches for State Cup, Region 1, and ENYPL when possible.
ENYYSA shall be responsible for assigning both Cup Competition Finals.
For purposes of continuity throughout ENYYSA the game fee for sanctioned tournaments and sanctioned indoor leagues shall be at rate proportional to the above rates based upon game length.
