Fall 2017 Team Application (seeding) Form
What seeding form should I use?
Find your most recent team page using one of these links, then login and fill out the Spring 2017 form.
- If your team most recently played in WYSL in Fall 2016, CLICK HERE
- If your team most recently played in WYSL in Spring 2017, CLICK HERE
- If your team is NEW to WYSL or your team has changed its name, CLICK HERE
How do I access my completed seeding form?
- If you need to get back into your form AFTER you completed the above, please click here.
- Refer to the pin number found in your original confirmation email, or click the link on the login page to retrieve your pin.
How can I submit a seeding form for teams in my club?
- Log in to your club page. (Here is the list of clubs.)
- After you have logged in, you will see a list of options - click Team Administration.
- You will see the list of your teams for the last few seasons - click Apply Now for a seeding form.
- If the team is new, or has changed its name, there is a link at the bottom to Apply Now for new teams.
Clubs can now print ALL team applications at one time from the Club Directory.
- Click on Team Administration.
- At the top of the page where it says "Fall 2017" they will see a blue "P". If they click on the P it will open up all of the team applications for that season for all of the teams.
- Then just File > Print, or Control-P to print that screen.
