The Final Schedule for Spring 2026 is now online at WYSLsoccer.org under Schedule. It was due to go out on Sunday, March 22nd. It is on time. https://system.gotsport.com/org_event/events/50885
Please check it as thoroughly as you did the preliminary and flag any errors to us immediately. Refer to the Schedulers Notes document for details.
There were only 108 changes from the Prelim, but collateral damage is still possible. There are 48 TBA games. Teams need to get these set before May 1st.
The adjustment period begins now. You may contact your opponent and - IF they agree - change any game to a different date/time/field. You may not "postpone" a game to some indefinite time. Decide on a new definite schedule AND you must inform the league by email of the new game details *before the first game of the season (Sunday April 12th ).* You have three weeks. Don’t be late. No excuses.
Teams are not required to change games because an opponent asks but we hope teams will be accommodating to any reasonable request.
Note that your last game of the season may be June 21st! If you don’t think you’ll have players for that game, reschedule it NOW. Not enough players will be a forfeit.
If you want to change a game scheduled for Week 1 (April 12th), we need to know by Wednesday April 8th so we can cancel or change referees.
Once the season starts, games change for limited reasons - school or religious events with a week’s notice, away state cup games, ODP events. Premier division teams can change a game up to two weeks before the scheduled date but not at the last minute!
Games do NOT change because you are missing players or the coach has a conflict. That's part of the competition. Convince the players to be there, borrow, or forfeit.
Find all your team conflicts now and adjust for them.
